How long have you been in business?
The company was founded in 1996. Our VoIP operations began 5 years ago.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is a hosted IP-PBX which is also known as business class VOIP or broadband telephony. We also do network set up and management, cabling, white labeling, maintenance of traditional phone systems.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been in telephony for more than 30 years. Working with large companies which have hundreds of thousands of subscribers I noticed that in most cases small businesses rarely have the opportunity to get customized solutions as much as they need it. Ability to respond promptly to any of customer's concerns and requests is the main advantage of a service provider and that is when I realized that my company can provide excellent and cost effective services to small and medium sized businesses.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As one of our customers, your business takes advantage of the most contemporary phone system at a fraction of cost of a traditional phone systems. Our experience and resources allow us to be very flexible and to deploy solutions to satisfy particular needs of every customer. Be it a small office with 5 extensions or a Call Center with 100+ seats we strive to look at the overall picture from our customer's point of view and this approach has proven to work best for both our customers and us during all these years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At the beginning we had two fully functional locations, but after several years it was decided to shift all of our main operations to our headquarters in Brooklyn and leave small portion to NJ office.
What type of payments do you accept?
Business checks, cash, credit card.
Which areas do you service?
Basically our customers are all over the world on five continents and more than twenty countries. Our primary service areas are in NY, CT, NJ.
What are your hours of operation?
Office open on Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST and in case of emergency we are available 24/7.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
You have improved our business production with the system and service that you offer. You are always accessible and reliable. This speaks volumes over any other company that we have used in the past.
